Vendors interested in introducing their company to the Hawthorne School District are required to complete a Company Profile Questionnaire. (Please scan and email your complete form to ikekula@hawthorne.k12.ca.us.).  By submitting this form, it does not make your company an authorized vendor of the District.  Do not contact District school sites, unless authorized by the Purchasing Department.
